Checking In
Check-in – Between 16:00 and 19:00 – or by prior arrangement – Check-out by 9.15am
Payment Conditions
• Payments by Stripe, Bacs, PayPal & the following cards: Visa & Mastercard
• We reserve the right to temporarily hold and amount prior to arrival
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking and will be used to make good any damage caused during stay
• A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 10 days before arrival
Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival, then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged
Policy
• Minimum stay 3 nights
• Strictly no smoking
• Oak flooring throughout so we have a ‘no shoe’ policy, and slippers are provided
• Regarding young children, please note that we have NO stair gates and NO log burner guard. The safety of children is entirely the responsibility of their parents/guardians.
• We can provide a travel cot and a high-chair.
• Pets are not allowed
• There is NO smoking permitted anywhere within the property
• Families up to 5 people maximum
• NO stag and hen groups
Additional Check-In Notes
• Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge
• Superfast Wi-Fi & very good mobile reception
• Separate Meeting Room is available for hire at Netherton Business Centre. Details are available on request
• Essential provisions are provided on arrival
• Quiet time from 22:00 hrs
• Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended
• Fluent in English & French. We also speak some Spanish & Italian
