Check-in – Between 16:00 and 19:00 – or by prior arrangement – Check-out by 9am
Payment Conditions
• Payments by Stripe, Bacs, PayPal, Visa & American Express and Mastercard
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking and will be used to make good any damage caused during stay
Cancellation
Terms and cancellation policy as defined at the time of booking through Freetobook.
Policy
• Minimum stay 3 nights
• There is NO smoking permitted anywhere in the property.
• Oak flooring throughout so we have a ‘no shoe’ policy, and slippers are provided
• Regarding young children, please note that we have NO stair gates. The safety of children is entirely the responsibility of their parents/guardians.
• We can provide a travel cot with no mattress for health reasons, and a high-chair.
• Pets are not allowed
• Families up to 5 people maximum
• NO stag and hen groups allowed
• Due to strict fire safety restrictions and the fact that the lodge is entirely built with wood, guests are NOT allowed to use the log-burning stove at any time.
Additional Check-In Notes
• Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge
• Superfast Wi-Fi & very good mobile reception
• Separate Meeting Room is available for hire at Netherton Business Centre. Details are available on request
• Essential provisions are provided on arrival
• Quiet time from 22:00 hrs
• Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended
